Her expertise and passion make her the top go-to rep for all things Children & YA. Carolina started her career in the book industry in 2006 in Bogota, when she joined the team at Santillana, Colombia and Grupo Editorial Norma.

Jacinta Díaz-Corona is an Editor for Children’s & YA at Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial USA, where she edits Spanish-language books for the US educational market, with Spanish-speaking and bilingual readers in mind. Before joining PRHGE, she worked in foreign rights and as a librarian in a multilingual school, giving her experience with children’s literature across languages, cultures, and reading communities.

Kathy Olson is a Spanish/English Title Selection Specialist at Junior Library Guild, where she evaluates thousands of books each year to identify outstanding titles for elementary and middle school readers. Raised in a bilingual English-Spanish household by her Peruvian parents, she brings both personal and professional expertise to her work. Before joining JLG, Kathy served as a bilingual elementary teacher and librarian.
