Terms: No purchase necessary to enter or win. The contest begins on June 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Submit your book displays by July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time to be entered to win one of our prizes. Winners will be selected by JLG based on creativity, presentation, and overall quality of the submitted book display. By submitting, you agree that your submissions may be used in JLG marketing materials. If used, a disclosure may be included indicating that an incentive was offered. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter:

• Social Media Entry: During the Contest Period, participants may enter by posting a photo of a book display on Instagram, Facebook TikTok and tagging Junior Library Guild's official account in the post. Accounts must be public at the time winners are selected so entries can be viewed and verified.
• Alternate Entry: Participants may also enter by submitting a photo through the official contest submission form available here. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated by Sponsor. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is only open to individuals who are (a) residents of the United States, (b) at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, and (c) currently employed as a librarian, media specialist, or similar education professional, excluding officers, members, administrators, managers and employees of the Sponsor or its affiliates (including without limitation Media Source LLC) or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. This prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the United States. This Sweepstakes is void outside of the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstakes, and all promotions relating thereto, are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by JLG based on creativity, presentation, and overall quality of the submitted book display. Winners will be contacted via direct message, email, or other contact information provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Content License and Permission to Use Entries: By submitting an entry, entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, modify, adapt, and share the submitted content, including photographs, captions, names, library names, and related materials, in any media or format now known or later developed for marketing, promotional, advertising, editorial, or other lawful business purposes without further notice, permission, or compensation unless prohibited by law. Please do not submit photos containing identifiable students or minors.

General Conditions: JLG reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes at any time. Void where prohibited by law. 

Consent and Release: By entering the contest, each entrant releases and discharges the Sponsor and any other party associated with the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, transferees and assigns (collectively, “Sponsor Entities”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection therewith, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses, expenses (including attorneys’ fees) or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “Claims”). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Except where prohibited by applicable law: (i) acceptance of a prize constitutes the consent of any winner, without further compensation, to use the name and likeness of such winner for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes by the Sponsor or others authorized by the Sponsor; (ii) acceptance of a prize constitutes a release by any winner of the Sponsor Entities of any and all Claims in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes and the use, misuse, or possession of any prize; and (iii) any potential winner may be required to sign an Affidavit following the winner selection as set forth in these Rules.

Disclaimers: Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at the Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible, and no Sponsor Entity shall have any liability in connection with such entries. No Sponsor Entity shall be responsible or liable for (a) an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for entrant’s provision or incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information, (b) failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes, (c) any human, mechanical, printing, distribution or production error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or other errors in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, or (d) any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize(s). The Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical or production errors of any sort. THE SPONSOR ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WITH RESPECT TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction: Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved exclusively by a state or federal court located in Franklin County, Ohio.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with this Sweepstakes, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees or any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
